Great concept, deeply flawed. Updated!

The game has great potential: its fun, expansive, detailed...but there are issues that need to be addressed. First, in order to communicate with their Support, you must do it through Facebook. Thats BS. Next, I agree with the other reviewers, the difficulty fluctuations are absurd and make the game frustrating. There is a crashing problem that the game periodically locks up or just shuts down. And multiple times, what really got me trying to contact their support, which is difficult, was I play a mission, get to a port laden with cargo and money from escorting and bounties, and upon entering the port, it all disappears.

After the update I tried it again and guess what? It is still s$!t.
